Shipping Policy
All orders will be sent via Sendle, delivery dates and cost will vary depending on location. For the most up to date delivery times, please visit the Sendle website and use your provided tracking number.
During holiday seasons and sale events there may be slight delays with your order. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks.
Processing
Below are the current production times for all items:
Greeting card production: 1-2 business days
Wax seal production: 2-3 business days (an additional 2 business days for orders over 100)
Self-adhesive assembly: 1-2 business days
Local & International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide, however, there are some countries Sendle does not deliver to due to embargo and where the local postal authority does not have an arrangement in place with DHL.

If you purchase just a single greeting card without any other items in your cart, you may opt to choose the “Untracked Letter” delivery option. Untracked letters are cheaper and are sent via Australian Post.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for inputting the correct address during checkout. If your order has not been processed and shipped out, you may request to change your shipping address.
To request a shipping address change, please contact with your full name and order number. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make anymore adjustments or redirect it.
If an order contains an incomplete address, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible. If we do not receive a reply back from you within 5 business days, your order will be cancelled.
Lost Packages
bujenjing studios is not responsible for orders that may have been lost during transit. We are only responsible for your order up until the point it is picked up by the mail courier.
It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor their order. If your order has been deemed delivered but you have not received it, please file a lost claim with Sendle through their website.
Please also note that all deliveries with Sendle are insured and covered.
